We make the filling for the pies in small batches on the stove; using only Maine blueberries, Maine apples, raspberries, and other fruits. Stirring with a wooden spoon and adding just enough sugar and cornstarch to hold everything together, three or more pounds of fruit go into each pie! Our pie dough is made with butter in order to create a rich and delicious flavor. After rolling out each crust by hand, we pour our freshly made fillings and bake to order.
We always have:
- Mixed Berry Crumb- blueberries, strawberries, raspberries with a streusel crumb topping.
- Key Lime- Graham Cracker Crust tart lime filling topped with fresh whipped cream and candy lime slices.
