Wedding Cakes

Congratulations on your special celebration. We offer a specific selection of our most popular cakes as wedding cakes. We make two sizes that will accommodate up to fifty servings. We do not make larger cakes.

We make incredibly delicious cakes created from the finest available ingredients: Fresh cream, pure butter, Belgian chocolate. Our cakes are simple, yet rich and elegant. As taste is paramount, we do not use fondant, do intricate decorating and use as little food coloring as possible. We do decorate with fresh fruit, fresh flowers from your florist, and chocolate.

Traditional Wedding Cake Traditional old fashioned chocolate or yellow layer cake with butter cream frosting: vanilla, milk chocolate, mocha, coffee, raspberry, lemon, peanut butter.	Chocolate Truffle Torte Three layers of fudge cake with rich dark chocolate ganache.	Erin's Wedding Cake Yellow butter cake with raspberry mousse & white chocolate butter cream.
Fresh Fruit and Cream Cake Three layers of light yellow sponge, layers of fresh whipped cream and loaded with fresh blueberries & strawberries. Garnished with fresh fruit.	Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Torte Like the Chocolate Truffle Torte with raspberry preserves in between the layers.	Mocha Mousse Torte Three layers of fudge cake layered with mocha mousse, frosted with coffee frosting and covered in ganache.
Lemon Coconut Cake Three layers of moist yellow butter cake soaked with lemon syrup, frosted with lemon buttercream frosting. with generous amounts of coconut inside and out.	Carrot Cake Two layers of dense moist cake made with carrots & walnuts, frosted with cream cheese frosting. Walnut garnish is available.
