Chocolate Truffle Torte
Three layers of our famous fudge cake with rich chocolate ganache in between and covered with a coating of shiny chocolate ganache. A chocolate dream come true.
Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Torte
The same as above with tart raspberry preserves between the layers.
Mocha Mousse Torte
Three layers of our rich chocolate fudge cake. Creamy mocha mousse sandwiched between the layers, surrounded by coffee butter cream and topped with chocolate ganache.
Erin’s Wedding Cake
Three layers of rich yellow butter cake, Raspberry mousse and frosted in white chocolate butter cream.
Lemon Coconut Cake
Rich yellow butter cake, layers of lemon butter cream and fluffy sweet coconut.
Carrot Cake
My mother’s recipe is the best we’ve found. Moist cake loaded with carrots and walnuts. Frosted in cream cheese frosting with walnuts on the side.

Our pies are a true labor of love. Let’s start with the crust: butter, pastry flour, and eggs make a rich and delicious pate brisee. We cook Maine blueberries or Oregon Raspberries on the stove, stirring with a wooden spoon, add just enough sugar and cornstarch to hold everything together and bake in the deep 10” pan. The apples are sliced and combined with sugar and cinnamon. Three or more pounds of fruit go into each pie!

Lemon Bars
Shortbread crust with tart lemon filling made from lemons that we squeeze ourselves, dusted with powdered sugar.
Date or Raspberry Oatmeal Bars
An oatmeal and brown sugar crust and topping encase a layer of date filling or raspberry preserves. These almost healthy bars are also vegan.
Chocolate Oaties
A thick, chewy oatmeal crust is topped with a rich layer of chocolate and then more oatmeal topping is piled on top.

Magic bars
Also known as 7 layer bars, these are made with a graham cracker crust, coconut, butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, walnuts and sweetened condensed milk. So sweet, but so good.
Cream Cheese Brownies
My mother’s recipe. Dark fudge brownie with a cheese cake topping. Some customers are reduced to tears when we sell out of these.
Pecan Shortbread Squares
Rich, buttery shortbread topped with chopped pecans and a honey brown sugar sauce.
